The David Clark DC PRO-X2 is the first, true crossover headset in aviation - ideal for both general aviation and commercial pilots that prefer the unmatched comfort of a lightweight, rest-on-ear design. The next generation DC PRO-X2 Series retains all the comfort and performance features of the first model series (pilot-acclaimed DC PRO-X headsets), but now with enhanced ANR (active noise reduction) and audio performance.

The headset features excellent Hybrid Electronic Noise Cancelling.

What is Hybrid ENC? Hybrid Electronic Noise Cancelling features not one, but two microphones - one located on the exterior of the dome and isolated from the speaker (feed-forward) and a second internal microphone placed near the speaker (feed-back). The exterior microphone acquires the noise before it gets to the ear canal. Working in concert with the internal microphone, the signals are then inverted to produce a reverse, anti-noise signal, resulting in unsurpassed active noise reduction performance.

This version - the DC PRO-X2 (43105G-07) - provides all the same features and performance of the DC PRO-X2, but comes with a 5-pin (Airbus) connector, which
does not receive power from the aircraft (batteries are required in order for Hybrid ENC to function).

Product features PRO-X2 (non-Bluetooth® version):

·       Enhanced Auto-ShutOff feature virtually eliminates accidental loss of battery power

·       Automatic Gain Control (AGC) for optimum ANR performance in changing, high noise conditions

·       Soft, Outlast® technology, heat absorbing head pad keeps you cool and comfortable in flight

·       Hybrid ENC technology for excellent active noise reduction

·       Plush, rest-on-ear (supra aural), leatherette ear seals reduce heat buildup

·       Rugged, yet lightweight alloy suspension, less than 8 ounces

·       Compact control module with intuitive, multi-function control pad

·       FAA TSO-C139a approved

Manufacturer "DAVID CLARK"
