Shipping

Overview of shipping/packaging packages and maturities for end customers:

The parcel shipment within Germany is handled by DHL (formerly Deutsche Post), outside Germany with FedEx. Shipping costs for other shipping companies or countries not listed here will be available on request.

 

Shipping within Germany:

Shipping within Germany (standard package up to 30 kg):

  • Only cards in envelope (running time approx. 1-3 business days) - € 3,95 *
  • Standard package (running time approx. 1-3 business days) - € 6.95 * 

* All prices quoted are include German VAT.

 An extra shipping surcharge is charged for some special items (e.g. AeroShell products) due to their weight. Details can be found in the respective product description and within checkout in the shopping cart.

 

Shipping outside Germany (up to 30 kg):

  • Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, (duration approx. 2-4 working days) -€ 13.95 *
  • Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, (duration approx. 3-5 working days) - € 17,95 *
  • Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Ukraine, UK, Ireland (duration approx. 5-7 working days) - € 35,00 *

 

* All prices quoted are incl. German VAT (for deliveries to non-EU countries, the VAT included in the shipping costs is calculated within the check-out process).

 

Important note about deliveries to non-EU countries: import VAT and customs duties may apply when importing the order. These fees must be paid by you on site!

Note on delivery times:For delivery within Germany and receipt of payment by PayPal or credit card by 14:00. A working day means Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). In the case of delivery against advance payment, the period begins one working day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution.
