Shipping

Overview of shipping and packaging costs as well as delivery times for end customers:

Parcel shipping within Germany is handled by DHL, outside Germany by FedEx. Shipping costs for countries not listed are available upon request.

Shipping within Germany:

  • Charts only in envelope (1–3 working days) – € 2.95 *
  • Standard parcel up to 30 kg (1–3 working days) – € 7.95 *

* All prices include German VAT.

Shipping outside Germany (up to 30 kg):

  • Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary (2–4 working days) – € 14.90 *
  • Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey (3–5 working days) – € 20.90 *
  • Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Ireland (5–7 working days) – € 35.00 *

* For deliveries to non-EU countries, VAT will be deducted during checkout.

Import VAT and customs duties may apply for non-EU deliveries. These charges must be paid by the customer locally.

Additional shipping charges may apply to certain items (e.g. AeroShell products) due to their weight. Details can be found in the cart.

Note on delivery times: For deliveries within Germany and payment via PayPal or credit card received before 2:00 PM. A working day means Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). For advance payment, the delivery period begins one working day after the payment order has been issued.
