Warranty Terms
Sky Fox stocks products from different manufacturers, so there is no single manufacturer's warranty covering the entire range. The warranty terms for the individual product apply.
The terms of a voluntary manufacturer's warranty do not restrict your rights under the legal guarantee against Sky Fox.
Submit a Product Claim or Repair Request
Please use our repair / defective product form. Describe the fault in as much detail as possible and indicate whether it occurs continuously or only occasionally.

Report a defective product / request a repair
After submitting the form, you will receive a reply with an RMA number and instructions on how to proceed.
